You may use Toolzen's tools for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, free of charge. You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law, to attempt to disrupt or overload the Site's infrastructure (for example, through automated scraping at a rate that degrades service for others), to reverse engineer the Site in order to resell a copy of it as your own, or to use the Site to process or generate unlawful content.

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations and outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose, including financial, legal, or professional decisions.

The Toolzen name, logo, page design, and underlying source code are the property of Toolzen's operators, except where noted otherwise. Content you input into a tool (such as JSON you paste into the JSON Formatter) remains yours; as explained in the Privacy Policy, that input is processed locally in your browser and is not collected or stored by Toolzen. Output generated by a tool (for example, a generated color palette) may be used freely, including for commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolzen's operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or for legal or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
